Library and core services

ENMT library is for convectional lending and reading purposes. It has two wings and adjoining offices housing over 40000 books It has a sitting capacity of 240 people. The library runs various programs including borrowing and lending of books, children activities, holding workshops and  newspaper readings. Institutional support where the organization reaches out to local prisons, hospitals and various tertiary institutions. It serves as a distribution point of books donated by Book Aid International.

Schools Outreach Program

This program consists of Book Box, Inspiring Readers and Pioneer Book Box. The strategy used with this approach is the distribution of reading materials through the book box responding to demand from schools and communities. Every school term 85 participating schools in rural and urban areas send their book requests. Every book box is packed with 300 books and sent to the schools three times a year. Over 48 000 academic and non-academic reading materials for children and adults through 85 primary schools

Community outreach

The objective is to promote food and income security among women, men and youth of Gwanda district through use of appropriate information that catalyses creative problem solving using study circles approach. ENMT utilises the study circles approach, where beneficiaries gather in small groups (8 to 12 people) for the purposes of problem solving through studying. They then gather resources together and work together to solve their problems
